How It Works
My coaching engagement begins with a four-step Discovery Process; in four separate meetings focused on exploring different parts of yourself, we will work on targeted exercises designed to connect you to your goals and identify negative patterns of thinking (or limiting self beliefs) that might be blocking you from reaching them.
Using the initial exercises as a our guide, we will embark on putting your ‘Discovery’ to work through further inner reflection, decisive action and accountability. As we go through the coaching process, we’ll activate your internal resources and create positive change, ultimately freeing you from the negative chatter that leads to feelings of imposter syndrome, creates self sabotage, and keeps you stuck in a mindset (or situation) that no longer serves you.
